Blood tests will only be taken following consultation with the doctor.

We offer a full range of routine blood testing three mornings a week - Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Latest morning appointment is 10:30 am. Bloods are usually taken by our Phlebotomist, but in some cases may be taken by the practice nurse or doctor.

If you have been instructed to fast for your blood tests you should fast (nothing to eat or drink) from 8pm the night before. You may have small sips of water on the morning of the blood test. 

Results can be communicated to you by text where appropriate and with consent if you wish, otherwise can be discussed on review with the doctor.
